All packages will ship within 3 business days of ordering. All preorder items will ship once all of the items in your order have arrived to us.

When selectin "local pickup" for your order, it must be picked up within 2 weeks of the product releasing (for pre-orders) or 2 weeks from the date the pickup notification was sent. If any product is not picked up within this timeframe, the order will be refunded, minus the 10% refund/cancelation fee.

Please be aware that there can be delays with manufactures and suppliers getting products out to us, for timely shipping.Our sealed products are sent factory sealed, in the factory wrapping (when applicable) and we are not responsible for rips or imperfections in the wrappings, or missing or damaged components inside the factory sealed item.Sealed product is sold with the intent of the customer opening the product, as intended by the manufactures, unless noted otherwise in the listing. Please be aware that damage to outer packaging does not impact the contents of the box.

If you would like to receive each pre-order item at its release / arrival, please place separate orders for each item.
Pre-orders are NON refundable or will be subject to a 10% surcharge fee for payment processing companies as its at our discretion.
